Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any loan application you submit through it. Reading them takes about six minutes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this website or submitting a loan enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.

2. Who operates this site

This website is owned by Ram Fincorp, an RBI-registered non-banking financial company. Day-to-day design, hosting, content updates, and initial lead handling for this site are carried out by Right Traders, acting as Ram Fincorp's authorised digital operations partner. Right Traders does not sanction loans, set interest rates, or take credit decisions — those remain solely with Ram Fincorp.

3. Eligibility to apply

  • You must be at least 21 years old and a resident Indian applicant.
  • You must have a verifiable source of income, whether salaried or self-employed.
  • Information you submit must be accurate, current, and belong to you — applying on behalf of someone else without authorisation is not permitted.

4. Application, verification & sanction

Submitting an enquiry through this website is not an approval of credit. Every application goes through document verification and an internal credit assessment. Ram Fincorp may approve, decline, or offer revised terms at its discretion, based on its lending policy at the time. Where a loan is sanctioned, the final amount, tenure, interest rate, and charges will be confirmed to you in writing before you accept the offer.

5. Interest, fees & charges

Interest rates shown on this website (including in the EMI calculator) are indicative and vary by applicant profile, tenure, and prevailing policy. Any processing fee, late-payment charge, or foreclosure charge applicable to your loan will be disclosed in your sanction letter before disbursal — never after.

6. Repayment & default

Repayment is due on the schedule set out in your loan agreement. Missed or delayed EMIs may attract late charges as specified in that agreement and may be reported to credit bureaus in accordance with applicable regulation. Continued default may result in recovery action through legally permitted channels.

7. No advance-payment policy

Ram Fincorp does not collect any advance payment, security deposit, or "processing fee" before a loan is sanctioned and disbursed. Any request of this kind, from anyone claiming to represent Ram Fincorp, should be treated as fraudulent and reported using the details on our Contact page.

8. Website content & intellectual property

The text, design, and graphics on this website belong to Ram Fincorp or are used under licence. You may view and download pages for personal, non-commercial reference; reproducing or redistributing site content for other purposes requires prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

This website, including the EMI calculator, is provided for informational convenience. Figures it produces are estimates and are not a binding offer. To the extent permitted by law, Ram Fincorp and Right Traders are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of illustrative figures shown here.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a loan agreement with Ram Fincorp is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ramfincorp.com or through our Contact page.
